| {Borough Hall} ROAD WORK NOTICE – Beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2010 - Windsor Services will be conducting road construction activities for the City of Reading on Upland Avenue from Jackson Street to the railroad bridge. Road work is expected to continue for at least one week. Upland Avenue in the Borough of Kenhorst is not expected to be affected, but Borough officials recommend finding alternative routes through this area. ALARM SYSTEM PERMIT FORMS - REMINDER - if you have a Security, Fire and/or Carbon Monoxide alarm device and have not yet returned your completed permit application and fee to Borough Hall, please do so by not later than August 31, 2010. Note that a $10.00 late fee will be added to new or renewal permit fees if the Borough does not receive the completed application by August 31st. You may use the drop off box if the office is closed. The Alarm Device Permit will expire on December 31, 2011.LABOR DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE-TRASH/RECYCLING - WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2010
Due to observance of Labor Day, trash and recycling for that week will be moved back one day to Wednesday, September 8, 2010. The regular Tuesday trash/recycling schedule will resume the following week. Please contact the Borough Office with any questions (610) 777-7327.
The Borough Office will be closed Monday, September 6th, 2010 in observance of Labor Day.
